      | 2008-2009 Palatine Celtic Soccer Club Tryouts
| Thank you for your interest in trying out for a Palatine Celtic Soccer Club Travel Team. Contact Emina Zvizdich or John Koeune if you have any questions.
For Travel Team Tryouts, all players must:
- Check in at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the player's session.
- Have a parent complete the
 Medical Release Form. Bring this form to check in.
- Attend at least one full session to be eligible for selection.

All tryouts are at Hamilton Park and will be conducted by the professional staff of the Palatine Celtic Soccer Club. Tryouts will begin promptly at the following designated times. Shaded tryout dates have already occurred.

Age referred to above is the player's age on or after August 1 (e.g. U10 is for players born 8/1/98 or later & U15 is for players born 8/1/93 or later). See the USYSA Age Eligibility Chart for birth dates for all age groups. For the U9 - U14 age groups: players may try out only for teams that are age or grade appropriate (e.g. on a case-by-case basis we may allow a U9 player to try out for a U10 team only if he/she is attending 4th grade in Fall 2008).

Pre-registering with the Palatine Park District will help streamline the tryout process. Pre-registration fees are:

Did I Make a Travel Team?
|
|
At check in, each player will be given a pinnie with a unique number to identify the player. Players need to record their pinnie number. Team roster selections will be made and posted on the Travel Team Rosters page below within 48 hours of the conclusion of each age group's last tryout date. All final roster selections will be posted by June 11. Players must check the Travel Team Rosters page below to see if his/her pinnie number has been assigned to a team.
If your pinnie number appears on a team, congratulations - you were selected for that team's roster. If you were selected on a Celtic travel team roster, you must accept or decline the invitation by completing the Travel Team Roster Invitation Response Form below within 24 hours of the results being posted. Refunds will be given to players who decline an invitation. All accepting players will be contacted and given specific instructions regarding further registration.
Information regarding our registration night for HS girls and all youth players invited to a Travel team will be around mid-June. Please pencil this in on your calendars and more details will be provided here and by email after you complete the Response Form.
